Supply Residential Quarters with Data Center Waste Heat: A Simulation Study

EuroHeat&Power, English Edition, VDE Verlag (2024) Heft 2 S. 30-37. - ISSN 1613-0200-22698

Kurzfassung

Data centers provide waste heat at a relatively constant level throughout the year. Liquid-cooled systems achieve maximum water outlet temperatures from the data center of 50...60 °C. Heat recovery is therefore conceivable for various applications. In the following simulations are used to investigate the heat supply of a residential area with data center waste heat.
